My experience in real estate dated back in 1986 when I purchased my own first piece of real estate using the famous US Government FHA program. I was subsequently licensed as a real estate professional 2 years later, and loved to negotiate real estate transactions, including structuring its underlying creative and non-traditional financing. We were involved in many transactions for ourselves and for our clients (buy, sell, rehab, hold for cash flow, tax-deferred exchange, lease option, land contract, short sale, reo, ownership held in trust, partnership, tenants-in-common, commercial and residential, et-cetera et-cetera) all across the USA and overseas. My life long education that helps me in real estate career includes degrees from University of California as well as another advanced degree from a large business school, plus the education and qualification to earn me a California Broker’s license (license# 00991206) in good standing. That was back then.
